About the Job
An employer in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Scheduler to support the successful delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating planning information and identifying possible delays before they affect project delivery.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules.
- Set project baselines and track progress against approved programmes.
- Collect and coordinate scheduling information from project managers, engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, resources and deadlines.
- Identify critical-path activities, scheduling risks and possible delays.
- Prepare progress, planning and schedule-variance reports.
- Support project controls, reporting and document-control activities.
What you need
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years' project planning or scheduling experience.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
