About the Programme
Rand Refinery is sponsoring a Socio-Economic Development Initiative Graduate Programme for unemployed graduates looking to gain practical experience in their field of study.
The programme provides structured development, on-the-job training, mentoring and work-readiness training over a 12-month contract.

Minimum Requirements
• Completed Matric qualification.
• Completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or an equivalent legal qualification recognised for registration as a Candidate Attorney with the Legal Practice Council (LPC) of South Africa.
• Overall academic average of 60%.
• Eligible to enter into articles of clerkship and register as a Candidate Attorney with the LPC.

• Certified copy of ID document.
• Certified copy of Matric qualification.
• Certified copies of academic record and qualification(s).
• Completed MS Excel spreadsheet showing the cumulative aggregate achieved throughout the years of study.

How to Calculate the Aggregate
Step 1: Add all module names/courses and percentages achieved across all tertiary qualifications completed.
Step 2: Count the total number of modules completed across all tertiary qualifications.
Step 3: Add all module percentages together and divide by the number of modules completed to calculate the overall aggregate.
