About the Programme
Rand Refinery is sponsoring a Socio-Economic Development Initiative Graduate Programme for unemployed graduates looking to gain practical workplace experience in their field of study.
The programme provides structured development, on-the-job training, mentoring and work-readiness development over a fixed-term contract.

Minimum Requirements
• Completed Matric qualification.
• Successfully completed an NQF Level 5, 6 or 7 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• An overall academic average of 65% is required.

• Completed MS Excel spreadsheet showing the cumulative aggregate achieved throughout the years of study.

How to Calculate the Aggregate
Step 1: Add all module names/courses and percentages achieved across all tertiary qualifications completed.
Step 2: Count the total number of modules completed across all tertiary qualifications.
Step 3: Add all module percentages together and divide by the number of modules completed to calculate the overall aggregate.
