⚡ COMMAND POSITION OVERVIEW

Tailormade Solution is looking for a Stock Control Commander to take command of all stock movement from receiving at bulk storage through to mini storage, warehouse areas and fridges. If you've got pharmaceutical warehouse experience and know how to manage the entire supply chain battlefield, this is your command post.

YOUR COMMAND DUTIES:

📦 Stock Movement Control

Receiving, bulk storage, mini storage, warehouse, fridges

🔄 Supplier & Credit Returns

Claims, complaints, expired stock, supplier follow-ups

📈 Stocktake & Investigations

Weekly/annual stocktake, discrepancies, Oracle reporting

👥 Team & Ops Management

Performance appraisals, training, absenteeism, H&S

🎯 COMMANDER REQUIREMENTS

📚 Qualifications & Experience

✅ Grade 12 / Matric - essential
✅ Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management (advantageous)
✅ 2-4 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Warehouse environment
✅ Knowledge of Oracle (advantageous)

💪 Knowledge & Skills

✅ Customer & Supplier knowledge
✅ Industry & Market knowledge
✅ Stock control, credit returns & discrepancy investigation
✅ Team leadership & performance management
✅ Health & Safety compliance
