⚡ COMMAND POSITION OVERVIEW

West Coast Personnel is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor - CDC Commander at their Elandsfontein (Gauteng) facility. This is total warehouse battlefield command - managing shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory control, and safe handling of products. You'll be the night (or day) general responsible for delivering operational excellence and leading your squad to meet daily distribution and logistics targets.

YOUR COMMAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

📦 Inventory & Stock Control

SAP capturing, cycle counts, SAV processes, stock rotation, FIFO

🚚 Dispatch & Logistics

Daily dispatch, local/SDA/export, load reports, vehicle returns

👥 People Management

Staff supervision, payroll, coaching, training, ER matters

🛡 Compliance & Safety

H&S standards, safety inspections, incident management

🎯 COMMANDER REQUIREMENTS

📚 Qualifications & Experience

✅ Matric / Grade 12 - Non-negotiable
✅ Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain (NQF 5)
✅ Up to 3 years warehouse/logistics experience
✅ Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
✅ Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP, ERP systems
