REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (BCom, BBusSc or wealth mgmt)
  • 5+ years in sales/acquisition/business development
  • Proven track record in M&A deal closing
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Driveru2019s license & own transport
  • MS Office proficient & tech savvy
  • Excellent understanding of financial services industry

KEY DUTIES

  • Identify, build relationships & close M&A Deals with IFAs
  • Active prospecting, networking & PR activities
  • Attract and identify prospective Merger Partners
  • Full handover of Merger Partner post-signing
  • Work with Regional Manager on implementation
  • Consistently reach set targets in high-performance environment

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 u2013 17:00
  • Start Date: ASAP / Immediate
  • Permanent position
  • Basic Salary + Commission structure
