🎯 COMMANDER REQUIREMENTS

📚 Qualifications

✅ National Certificate in Business Administration or Retail Operations Management
✅ Equivalent qualification accepted

💪 Experience Required

✅ 2+ years operations experience in retail & wholesale sector
✅ 1+ year in a supervisory role
✅ Proven track record driving operational efficiency & sales excellence
✅ Experience managing large, distributed teams
✅ Working with retail/wholesale partners across large geographical areas
