Anchora, a Florida-based home care provider dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered services, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support leadership and drive business growth. This is not your average admin role - you'll be the owner's right hand, commanding lead conversion, marketing efforts, and operational coordination.

YOUR COMMAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

📈 Lead Management & Conversion

Follow up, nurture, convert prospects into patients

💻 Marketing Support

Google, Instagram, Facebook outreach & campaigns

📝 Executive Support

Owner's right hand, priorities, workflows

🚚 Operations & Growth

Client intake, HR support, problem-solving

🎯 COMMANDER REQUIREMENTS
